Your family's photos stay yours.
You're trusting us with photos of your children. That deserves a privacy policy written in plain language, not legal fog. Here it is.
The promise
- Deleted within 7 days. Your uploaded photos and all generated images are permanently deleted from our systems within 7 days of your order completing. Not archived. Deleted.
- Never used to train AI. Your photos are used for one purpose: creating your photoshoot. They are never added to any training dataset, ours or anyone else's.
- Never shown to anyone. No galleries, no marketing, no "featured customers", unless you explicitly ask us in writing to feature your photos.
- Never sold, never shared. No advertisers, no data brokers, no third parties beyond the AI processing services needed to generate your photos.
What we collect, and why
- The photos you upload, to create your photoshoot. Deleted within 7 days.
- Your phone number, to deliver your photos and communicate about your order. Collected after payment, never before.
- Payment confirmation, processed by Razorpay/UPI. We never see or store your card or bank details.
Children's photos and parental consent
Photoshoots of children can only be ordered by a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order that includes a child's photos, you confirm you are that child's parent or guardian and consent to the processing described here. This aligns with India's DPDP Act requirements on children's data, and honestly, it's also just the right way to operate.
Where processing happens
Photo generation uses established AI providers under their commercial API terms, which do not permit training on customer data. Files are transferred securely (HTTPS everywhere, our domain enforces it) and deleted per the schedule above.
