Cancellation & Refund Policy

Also known as our Frame-Worthy Guarantee.

If the photos aren't good enough to frame, you shouldn't pay for them. That's the whole policy. Details below.

What we guarantee

How to claim

1. Reply to your delivery message (or email hello@homeshootai.com) within 7 days of receiving your photos.
2. Say "redo" or "refund." That's genuinely all that's required.
3. Refunds are issued to the same UPI account within 24 hours. Redos are delivered within 48 hours.

If any refund is approved, we will credit the refund within 7 days.(In practice we do it within 24 hours — 7 days is the outer limit you can hold us to.)

The honest fine print

• The free preview exists so you can judge quality before paying — but the guarantee still applies after payment. Changing your mind about a theme after delivery is also fine: that's what the redo is for.
• One full redo per order; if the redo still doesn't satisfy you, the refund option is always there.
• The guarantee covers likeness and technical quality. It doesn't cover requests that violate our content rules (we only create family-appropriate portraits).

We deliver digital photographs only; we delete your photos and ours within 7 days (privacy policy), so please download and save your set before then.

Why can we afford this policy? Because every photo passes human likeness reviewbefore delivery — refund claims should be rare. When they happen anyway, we'd rather lose ₹199 than your trust.
